My holidays

Well, I'm glad that Ema reads my posts cause now I know that I can change my blog without signing up for another account. Thanks Em!!! As you can see, I managed to pass through with the old version again (pretending that I forgot my password) but I will update my blog soon..promise!

Steve and I were in Prague this past weekend. It was loads of fun. We managed to tour the entire city in three days and we saw all the important sights. Our legs were so sore from all the walking so I guess that's also a sign that we saw everything (or that we are in bad shape...). I'm going to try to post a picture of Prague in this post...




Anyway I'm still on holiday this week so I'm trying not to be lazy and to get some work done...but it's not really working that well! We're going to Jeremie's goodbye party this weekend...he's off to California to work for google for six months.
I guess that's it for now!

I'm on holiday! YAY!

Well I survived my last day and now I am off for two weeks. What am I going to do with myself? This weekend is Anh's Birthday (Happy Birthday Anh) so we are having a party for her onSaturday and on Sunday night it's Kelda's concert (my vice principal). Steve and I are going to Prague from the 23-25 for a weekend getaway...should be fun. Other than that, I am going to clean, lesson plan, organize and bake...fun times! I love vacation time!

P.S. This damn blogger wants me to update my blog but I have to sign up for a google account. I already have two hotmail accounts and a yahoo account so I don't want another one. I keep pretending that I forgot my password and then it sends it to me via hotmail and it takes me to the home page so that I can blog but I don't know if I can keep that up for much longer.
I refuse to change.....why change something that is good????

Celebrity Sighting Part 2

So last night, Emily aka Pop Culture Queen, Anh, Jeremie, Steve and I are at the Hard Rock having dinner (around 9pm....Thanks boys for always being late!) when Emily tells me that the guys at the table beside us look familiar to her. After a few minutes two girls go over to them and ask for their autographs and that's when Emily realizes that they are Joel and Benji Madden from Good Charlotte. Of course, I'm back to back with Joel Madden so now I am super nervous (yes, I'm a dork) so Emily leans over and asks for their autographs (Steve and Jeremie still have no idea who they are). Anyway they ended up not getting too harassed cause not many people knew who they were but there were these two crazy boys that took pictures with them and once they left they took the cigarette butts from their ashtray and the empty cigarette package. Anyway Emily and I decided that we should go out together more often cause we keep seeing celebrities.
Other than that, my week was crazy busy cause I gave 6 private lessons. On Thursday we met up with Emily, Jeremie, Anh and Suzanne at a pub. On Friday we went over to Sam and Raf's place for a raclette.....sooo yummy! Yesterday I spent the day with Emily and Anh (while Steve was working) and then we had dinner with the boys (see above!). Today Steve is working and I am preparing my lessons cause I have an extra class this week (one of my colleague's broke her leg so I have her grade 2s for the next two weeks) and I have all my private lessons so I need to get organized.
