It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
Sorry for the lack of updates once again (especially to Ema cause you are doing such a good job at updating yours....I want to be just like you when I grow up!).
Well nothing is overly new. Two weeks minus one day until Christmas vacation. The kids are SUPER hyper and the teachers are SUPER cranky. I finally chose a craft for each class and started preparing my Christmas activity books. These two weeks will be dedicated to Christmas things since the kids don't want to work anyway (neither do I)!
Actually my grade 5 class received letters from their penpals in Coquitlam, BC last week and they are in the process of writing back. It's super cute cause they've asked all sorts of questions about Canada and have tried to describe France to them.
This past weekend we were at Steve's parents place and we decorated the tree and their apartment. This coming weekend we will be in Clermont-Ferrand (center of France) to see all of Steve's friends and the weekend after we are back at Steve's parents to celebrate Christmas. Then Katie and Tom arrive on the 26th! I can't wait!
Oh Steve found a job already. He had an interview today at AXA insurance to work in their call centre and he starts tomorrow. Yay Steve!
That's it....gotta go do my Christmas cards!

Hey Maika!
Congratz to Steve on getting a job so quickly! I can't wait to get back to France cause London has so much snow right now, I miss the rain.
Glad to hear that your kids finally received their letters, now they'll stop bugging you for them :-)
See you soon (again)
Em

Hey Maika. I'm glad you updated because I check everyday haha! It's not like I have anything better to do...besides studying for exams haha. It's nice to hear Steve got a job, I guess he won't need Arby's! Have fun with all of your Christmas stuff...I wish my teacher's were like you because nobody ever wants to do work before Christmas!
