So, I'm on vacation! I know that being a teacher in France is a crappy job cause you don't get paid well and people don't respect you BUT you get a lot of holidays so I can't complain. My "All Saints Day" holidays began Wednesday (October 25th) at noon and will end on November 6th. That's one a half weeks off for nothing! Yay!
Also this past week was an easy week at school cause we only had 2 and a half days and all we did was Halloween activities (and eat lots of candy).
Today I slept until 11am and now I am getting ready to go and see "Le diable s'habille en Prada" by myself. My BTL friends would call me a 'Billy-no-mate' but I've wanted to see this movie forever (I read the book a year ago) and Steve never finds time to go with me (I wonder why?). So, I'm going alone.
I guess that's it for now. Peace out!
P.S. Steve and I went to Eurodisney last weekend (for the 5th or 6th time....we keep getting free passes) with Emily and Jeremie and we found "The Rainforest Cafe" over there (exactly like the one in Niagara Falls)....so fun and yummy!
P.P.S. I watched "Pimp my Ride" international version today and they were in Portugal, it was cool.

Going to the chapel and we're gonna get married....
Sorry for the lack of posts….to be honest, I probably wouldn’t have posted today if I didn’t have news to tell you guys. It's been a lot of bad news around here so now I have something good to write.
Here’s the news for those of you who don’t already know......last night Stève proposed to me and I said YES. I wasn’t expecting it so it was an amazing surprise. We haven’t started planning anything (please don’t ask) but we finally took the next step and are now engaged. (The ring is beautiful…it’s white gold). I am going to be Mrs. Gergereau. Weird! You guys all better work on the pronunciation of that name. Good luck! Maybe my students will call me Mrs.G for short….no not a good idea.
Anyway I am off to work to tell the gals the good news and then out for drinks with the old gang (BTL) to tell those girls the good news. It’s going to be an exciting day!
